You can indulge in Falhari starter options like Bhunja Shakarkand chaat, Pani Phal Sabu Tikki, Kur Kuri Ghuiyan from the Satvik Thali which is comprised of Sabudana Tikki, Falhari Lauki Ke Kofte, Paneer labdari, Aloo Tamar ki sabzi. There is also another option with Falhari Malai Paneer Tikka, Chatpatti Arbi, and Kashmiri Dum Aloo.
