Yauatcha, Kolkata the dim sum teahouse from London, introduces a special menu honouring the Chinese heritage by celebrating The Dragon Boat Festival also a metaphor for the summer solstice in the country. The month-long limited edition menu crafted by Head Chef Kushal Lama features an array of vibrant delicacies including the traditional Zongzi dim sum.
The exclusive menu highlights authentic and contemporary delicacies like, Chicken Zongzi dumpling, a sticky rice dumpling filled with chicken, peanut, green gram, water chestnut, and shiitake mushroom, Vegetarian Zongzi dumpling, sticky rice dumpling with water chestnut, edamame and shiitake mushroom, Mainland Zongzi dumpling made of sticky rice with pork belly, peanut, green gram, water chestnut and shiitake mushroom, Hakka noodle with scallion oil with fresh handmade noodle with aromatic scallion soya sauce and Stir fry French bean with jelly ear mushrooms and Oyster sauce and Crispy St Peter's fish with Thai chili sauce.
End your meal with a dessert, Szechuan peppercorn ice cream, pecan nut and jasmine tea infused tapioca.
