Moplah cuisine, unique to the Muslims of the Malabar Coast, stands distinct from other Muslim cuisines such as Moghlai and Hyderabadi. With its roots in Arabic cooking, Moplah cuisine showcases a delicate balance of fresh spices and aromatic herbs, while embracing a lighter touch on cream and butter.

During the festival, guests can look forward to indulging in an array of mouthwatering dishes that are sure to tantalize their taste buds. Highlights include the delectable Erachi Pathiri, a deep-fried meat-stuffed rice bread coated with egg; the flavorful Thalassery Biryani, a fragrant rice dish infused with aromatic spices; and the divine Mutta Maala, a classic Malabar dessert made entirely of eggs.
