For the main course, the team has in store dishes like Mouradabadi Chicken Biryani from Uttar Pradesh, Mohan mass from Rajasthan, Jalandhari rara Murgh from Panjab, Bili Menasu Nibehanu Meen fry from Karnataka, to name just a few of the dishes being showcased!
