Usher in the Year of the Rat with an al fresco buffet under the palms trees featuring a fresh cold seafood bar, a noodle station, Mongolian grill and traditional favorites such as Peking duck with steamed pancakes, Char Su barbecue suckling pig, Hainanese steamed chicken with ginger rice and a specialty Singapore chili crab station. The evening will be complete with entertainment from a live band, fireworks, fire dancers and lion dancers. The lion dance is a traditional form of dance in Chinese culture said to bring prosperity and drive away bad omens.

The Lunar New Year’s Eve Celebration is priced at THB 1,888* per adult with a 50 percent discount for children under the age of 12.

Chinese Cuisine Theme Night – Sunday 26 January 2020 at Sails Restaurant

The resort’s popular theme night buffet will be transformed on Sunday night in a celebration of flavors from across China’s many provinces. The buffet will feature aromatic tea bag pork bone soup, steamed sea bass with black bean sauce, sautéed beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce, assorted Dim-Sums, Peking duck and Hong Kong pork Char Siu just to name a few.

The Chinese Cuisine Theme Night buffet is priced at THB 1,088* per adult with a 50 percent discount for children under the age of 12.
