Enjoy the signature Christmas dishes and cocktails that Akina has to offer this festive season! The all-new Christmas menu is available until the end of December 2023. 

Soak up the traditions of Christmas by adding a delicious culinary element to this holiday, making it much more memorable. The special Christmas menu will feature Robata King Crab with ponzu butter, crab bisque, savoury churros, Five Spice Whole Chicken; green pepper relish, honey shiso butter; Tempura Squash Blossom; yuzu yam cheese, matcha salt, tensuyu.

The cocktail menu will feature Sesame Sparkle with mezcal, sesame and coconut liqueur, dry vermouth, citric, Festive Fizz consists of rye whisky, star anise and soy-miso liqueur, yuzu juice, caramelised apple soda; Spicy Cacao with tequila, cherry & chilli liqueur, sweet vermouth, white along with chocolate dip and cacao nibs; Winter Spices infused with gin, bianco vermouth, house cinnamon & cranberry cordial dusted with pink pepper, pink peppercorn rested Campari, lemongrass and kafir lime, Sweet Symphony that tastes sweet and savoury with vanilla brandy, white miso and caramel syrup, egg white, marshmallow and heavy cream foam, Umami Elixir with rye whisky, brown butter & miso liqueur, cacao nibs rested dressed with sweet vermouth, smoked wall nut bitters, chocolate miso coin. So, enjoy your drink, take a breather, and let the music, and the view, transport you.
