Start your celebration with the Prosperity Tempura Maki, a perfect blend of Enoki & Button Mushrooms, Avocado, Thai Chili, and Mayo or The Fortune Scallop Maki, with Cucumber, Beetroot, Avocado, Thai Chilli, and Tobanjan Sauce. Savour the Gong Xi Water Chestnut & Pak Choy Dumpling, featuring Chinese Cabbage, Black Bean, and Smoked Chilli Sauce for a burst of flavours. Try the Golden Luck Chicken Dumpling filled with Chinese Cabbage, Pak Choy, Water Chestnut, Ginger, and Black Bean, complemented by Smoked Chilli Sauce. Immerse yourself in the umami-rich Royal Truffle Kailan with Shitake, Button & Shimeji Mushroom, Black Fungus, and Oyster Sauce, or relish the Sweet & Spicy Grouper, KOKO Style. Delight in the Longevity Noodles with Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Sprouts, Spring Onion, and Thai Chilli or if you love seafood, try the Supreme Lobster Udon Noodles, accompanied by Shimeji Mushroom and homemade Tobiko.
