To celebrate the vibrancy of cocktails, THE Park Hotels from across the country bring to you the freshest cocktails in the respective cities this World Cocktail Day with our Bartenders and their special cocktails starting from Thulunga Narzary (THE Park, Bangalore) with his classic Mai Tais, Manas Kumar Jena (THE Park, Hyderabad) with his Bullet Whisky Sour and Arijit Sarkar (THE Park, Kolkata)’s famous 17 Park Street, named after the location of the hotel and drink that infuses Old World Classics & the Modern Eras Palate.

Recipes

Mai Tai

Ingredients:

Rum; 60 ml 

Orange Curacao or triple Sec: 30 ml 

Lime Juice: 22.5 ml 

Amoretto Syrup: 15 ml

Preparation 

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with 7-8 ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a rock glass over crushed ice.

Glassware 

Rock glass

Garnish 

Lime wheel and Mint Spring 

Bullet Whisky Sour

Ingredients:

60ml Teacher highland 

20ml fresh lemon juice

20ml sugar syrup

30ml egg white

Preparation 

Give a dry shake to egg white for 40- 50 sec. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Close and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass with a large square ice cube. 

Garnish 

Orange slice and cherry

Ingredients:

Raspberry Vodka; 60 ml

White Wine; 90 ml

Cranberry Juice; 60 ml

Ice Cubes; 6-8 Cubes

Orange Juice; 30 ml

Imported Orange Peal; 1 Ps

Preparation 

As Connected with the old classics, the drink has the most simple & efficient method of making is
“STIR”

Glassware & Garnish 

As it is an Aromatized drink, we serve the drink in “BURGANDY GLASS” with a Garnish of the Imported Orange Peel.
