Known for its award-winning Indian cuisine, Jyran will be offering a set menu for dinner on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 allowing guests to revel in culinary splendor while celebrating Valentine’s Day. Diners will enjoy a special vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menu which will offer a soup course of Amrudh Badam ka Shorba (guava and almond broth flavored with cumin); and appetizers like Shahi Ghosht ki Gilawat; and Rampuri Bharwan Paneer. Main courses offer delightful dishes like Rampuri Kareli ka Taar Korma, Chef Qureshi’s signature lamb shank preparation; Khade Masale ka Jheenga, prawns cooked in onions and tomato gravy, flavoured with black pepper; Gandhane ka Saag, slow-cooked green leafy vegetable tempered with garlic; and Chef Qureshi’s famed Dal e Qureshi, black lentil cooked overnight in a clay oven, finished with butter and cream. A selection of Biryani and Breads will accompany the meal, which will be completed with Hussainabadi Nimish, creamy and delicate foam topped with nuts and strawberry.
The Valentine’s Day special set menu will be available for dinner only on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. The meal is priced at Rs. 6402 plus taxes per head for vegetarian diners and at Rs. 7202 plus taxes per head for non-vegetarian diners. This also includes a premium selection of beverages and Valentine’s Day-themed cocktails for guests to enjoy.
