The Fernandes Rocher is inspired by Freny’s favorite childhood treat! The Rocher is filled with Chocolate mousse, liquid salted caramel, and Praliné enrobed in Chocolate hazelnut coating. The golden tuile represents the golden wrapper around the chocolate. This new dessert is straight out of a dessert dreamland...The decadent Chocolate Tart is made with caramelized milk chocolate ganache, Vanilla Caramel ganache, chocolate brownie, chocolate croustillant, and chocolate Sablé.
