New Delhi, 21 May 2023: Celebrated Chef Michael Swamy curated a five day Indo-portuguese and Anglo-Indian pop up at Roseate House’s Indian restaurant ‘Kheer’ from 17 - 21 May 2023.

Roseate House New Delhi saw a wonderful turnout to the five day pop with notable guests in attendance including diplomats from the Portuguese Embassy, food critics, journalists and influencers.

While being in the country’s capital, Chef Michael showcased some of his classic dishes at the food pop-up. The menu consisted of some well known dishes from both cuisines that include a Cottage Cheese Mousse Salad, a choice of Vegetarian or Chicken Bhujing, Veg or Prawn Rissois, Lamb Croquettes, Coastal Green Masala Smoked Prawns and Bandra East Indian Lamb Chops. The Main Course would consist of Veg Lonvas, Veg or Fish Chinchoni, Chicken or Pork Vindaloo with Hot Olive Salad and Curried Lamb in a Lentil Sauce (Served with Pasta). Desserts included the indulgent Red Rice Creme Brulee with caramelised fruit or an English Trifle
