Speciality restaurant Esplanade has curated an A-la Carte menu to celebrate this seasonal delicacy with some traditional Bengali dishes.

Join us in our annual festival and enjoy dishes such as Narkel Posto Ilish (with coconut & poppy seed paste), Aam Achari Ilish Jhol ( Mango pickle Hilsa Gravy), Boneless Bhapa Ilish, Doi Ilish, Kumro Beguner Ilish Jhol (traditional preparation with Brinjal and Pumpkin) and many other preparations to mark this year's catch!
