No Lunar New Year celebration is complete without a lavish feast, and at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, Golden Dragon presents an exquisite culinary journey curated by Master Chef Yan Jun Jun. Immerse yourself in the grandeur of these celebrations until February 25th, 2024, as we transport you to the heart of this auspicious occasion.

Upon arrival, our restaurant will warmly greet guests and patrons with traditional Hongbao—red envelopes containing special gifts for everyone. Indulge in cocktails inspired by the Chinese Zodiac signs, while savoring an opulent array of authentic Sichuan and Cantonese delicacies, including delectable dim sums. Be sure to sample signature dishes such as longevity noodles, Dry Pot Purple Cauliflower, and Roast Chicken with Water Chestnut in Black Garlic Sauce, all meticulously crafted to tantalize your taste buds.
