Manisha Sharma, General Manager of the hotel
"I don't have a diploma or degree in cooking, but my culinary journey began in 1990 when I cooked for the first time. Everything I have learned about cooking comes from my father, and even today, I make the spices from scratch, just as he taught me. It's a labor of love and a tribute to the authentic flavors of Punjab." says Chef Sweety with much enthusiasm. Chef also adds saying, "People have an assumption that Punjabi food means too much ghee, masala but it is not like that for everything. My style of cooking is all about slow-cooking and my food you can eat all year round and never feel heavy because that’s what Punjabi food is,”
Chef Sweety who has also cooked for the likes of Shikhar Dhawan and Sachin Tendulkar
