INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 300gm
Garlic pods - 15 no
Ginger - 2 inch
Onion - 2 slice
Butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Amul cheese - 2 slice
Milk - 2 cup
Mix herbs - 1/ 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Regular cut chicken wash them properly and drain water keep asideIn a mixture grinder add garlic ginger cheese and butter make a fine paste.
Marinate chicken with cheese mixture keep it for 30 minutesHeat a wok with oil add slice onion fry until translucent keep it aside and cool it keep little translucent for garnish remaining other make a fine paste in grinder mixtureOn the wok add marinate chicken fry 5 to 8 minutes on high flame Add onion paste
Add onion paste cook for few minutes and add salt will release moisture and fat cook for 4 minutes in a low flameAdd mix herbs stir it properly Add milk and cook until cream texture Check the seasoning dish is ready garnish with translucent onion and serve with hot rice
