Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is thrilled to announce the upcoming Punjabi Food Festival with Chef Amarpreet Singh bringing the authentic flavors of Punjabi cuisine to food lovers.

The festival features a unique collaboration between Hyatt Regency Gurgaon and the renowned Punjabi Chef Amarpreet Singh from Hyatt Regency Ludhiana who will showcase his culinary expertise through a variety of dishes that are sure to tantalize the taste buds of guests. Chef Amarpreet is known for his innovative approach to traditional Punjabi cuisine, using local and seasonal ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience.

During the festival, guests can indulge in a range of authentic Punjabi dishes, including from the infamous Atta Chicken and Chargha Tandoori Murgh to lip smacking Balti Gosht and Lahori Dal specially prepared by Chef Amarpreet himself, ensuring the authenticity of the flavors and the highest quality of ingredients.
