Goa, India – 2nd July 2024: Miri, the acclaimed all-day dining restaurant at The St. Regis Goa Resort, is thrilled to announce the launch of an extraordinary culinary experience featuring Chef Avinash Martins, the acclaimed chef of Cavatina Goa, Chef Martins who has garnered acclaim, including the prestigious "TOP Restaurant Awards 2023" by Conde Nast Traveller, and has been voted among the FoodSuperStars of 2023 by Culinary Culture.

Renowned for his innovative approach to Goan cuisine, Chef Martins will showcase his culinary artistry at Miri on July 7th, 2024. “Goan Rendezvous promises to transport diners on a gastronomic tradition of innovation through Goa's rich culinary heritage, featuring Chef Martins' signature dishes such as "The Poder Story" with Pao de quesso and fig onion jam, and "Saby's Melody of the Coconut Trees" with tender coconut carpaccio to name a few.

This exceptional gastronomic brunch experience on Sunday 7th July with chef Avinash Martini at Miri, will be an extension to the theatrical gastronomic presentation by our own culinary expert chefs at Miri. Setting the stage will be a wide array of authentic Goan dishes thoughtfully crafted by Miri chefs.

The Sunday brunch will be a perfect setting to embark on a sensory tour of diverse flavours and rich aromas from across India, hand picked delights from the Middle East and a show stopping gastronomy selection from South East Asia. All complemented by special curations for Vegans and exclusive Vegetarian guests, elevated by live cooking stations attending to “a là minute” specialties.
