Renowned for his innovative approach to Goan cuisine, Chef Martins will showcase his culinary artistry at Miri on July 7th, 2024. “Goan Rendezvous promises to transport diners on a gastronomic tradition of innovation through Goa's rich culinary heritage, featuring Chef Martins' signature dishes such as "The Poder Story" with Pao de quesso and fig onion jam, and "Saby's Melody of the Coconut Trees" with tender coconut carpaccio to name a few.

This exceptional gastronomic brunch experience on Sunday 7th July with chef Avinash Martini at Miri, will be an extension to the theatrical gastronomic presentation by our own culinary expert chefs at Miri. Setting the stage will be a wide array of authentic Goan dishes thoughtfully crafted by Miri chefs.
