18th April, Bengaluru – The Leela Bhartiya City has announced yet another exciting pop-up, this time in collaboration with Historian-turned-Chef Osama Jalali. Taking over the premium Italian restaurant, Quattro, Chef Osama will prepare an exotic spread of dishes from undivided India and North West Frontier cuisine including his signature recipes like Balochi Paneer Kadhai, Murgh Karachi Biryani, Memoni Mutton Biryani, etc. This exquisite dinner experience is available from 24th April to 28th April 2024, from 07:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  

Renowned for its flawless guest service and set in front of the stunning view of cherry blossom-filled Central Park, Quattro provides an ideal backdrop to present the remarkable skills of Chef Osama’s culinary legacy.

Brought up in the by-lanes of Old Delhi, Chef Osama Jalali has worked extensively on dying recipes and runs a group named Lost Recipes of India. His spread will feature a curated menu incorporating Rampuri, Shahjahani, and Lost Recipes of Mughal. This kitchen takeover is set to take you on a mouth-watering journey through a harmonious blend of Robust Rohila and delicate Awadhi temperaments.

The ever-evolving menu promises a daily exploration of Northwest Frontier flavors. From the tantalizing starters like Afghani Mewa Kebab and Kathal Shammi to the robust mains like Balochi Paneer Kadhai and Karachi Aloo), each dish is meticulously crafted to showcase the region’s vibrant culinary heritage. The guests will get to conclude their feast with decadent desserts like Seviyon Ka Muzafer or Doodh Dulari, ensuring a truly unforgettable culinary adventure.
