Chef Tushar Malkani, all set to make Indian Culinary sustainable

The entire hospitality industry is striving towards adopting sustainable methods to minimize the deterioration of the environment. Chef Tushaar Malkani, Managing Director of Malkani hospitality, has received the certificate from World Chef’s Feed The Planet for completing the introductory course of Sustainability Education for culinary professionals. The Sustainability Education for Culinary Professionals teaches chefs how to think and act sustainably, to lead positive change for the planet and the improved profitability in the kitchen.

Recently Chef Malkani has received the Honorary Membership of Italia Association of Sicilia. He has also represented India globally on various occasions. From Food Preparation to Menu creation, from event planning to Club F&B operations, from Sanitation to Preparation of Reports – Tushar Malkani masters all.
