Chef Tushar Malkani sheds light upon Coffee Culture

Department of hospitality studies at Chikitsak Samuha’s Sir Sitaram & Lady Shantabai Patkar College of Arts &Science And V.P.Varde College of Commerce & Economics has recently organized the webinar on "Coffee Culture". The webinar has been conducted by Chef Tushar Malkani, Managing Director of Malkani Hospitality. He discussed the current developments and changing trends within the Coffee sector of India. Delegates across the country had registered for it and the webinar was well appreciated by the Indian hospitality fraternity. During the 90 minutes, the chef had discussed the rise of coffee culture in India and how the transformations are taking place.
