The menu of the restaurant focuses on Sichuan cuisine, consisting of mouth-watering dishes, complemented by classic Beijing appetizers. This cuisine works with the senses, bringing together the popularly known “Five Fragrances” which consists of fennel, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon and clove.
