Flour Refined gms 3800
Black Jack gms 200
Sultanas gms 7500
Raisins gms 2000
Mixed Peels gms 3000

METHOD:
1. Clean all the fruits and soak them in Brandy.
2. Cream butter n sugar, add eggs
3. Add soaked fruits
4. Put in a baking tray and Bake
Baking Temperature: 150 C
Baking Time: 90 minutes
