RECIPE: CHRISTMAS FRUIT CAKE

Unsalted Butter gms 3000

Sugar Castor gms 3000

Eggs Whole ml 4000

Flour Refined gms 3800

Black Jack gms 200

Sultanas gms 7500

Raisins gms 2000

Mixed Peels gms 3000

Black Currants gms 1500

Brandy ml 2000

Spice gms 50

METHOD:

1. Clean all the fruits and soak them in Brandy.

2. Cream butter n sugar, add eggs

3. Add soaked fruits

4. Put in a baking tray and Bake

Baking Temperature: 150 C

Baking Time: 90 minutes
