Chef Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, a descendant of Khansamas of the Wajid Ali Shah’s era is well versed with the nuances of many regional variations of Indian cooking and various cooking styles. With his culinary brigade, he has been mastering in food festivals across the country & abroad and spreading distinct flavors & fragrances.

The 10 days long ‘Chronicles of North West Frontier’ food festival will feature exquisite delicacies namely Biryani – prepared with rice and meat, ‘Kababs’, which are meat pieces or minced meat cooked in many different styles such as ‘Barrah”, ‘Kalmi Kebab’, ‘Gosht Ki Seekh’, ‘Karhai Murgh, ‘Dum-ka-Keema. ‘Kormas’ is yet another preparation in which the meat or vegetables are cooked in rich creamy gravy. Another specialty is ‘Keema Methi’ which is minced meat with fenugreek Lamb widely used meat in the non-vegetarian dishes. Among vegetarian dishes ”, ‘Balti Paneer’, ”Bhuni Gobhi Muttur’ and ‘Dahi Vade’ are some of the popular fares.
