Launches over 100 dishes as part of the new lip-smacking food menu
New Delhi, 29th March 2019: Cinépolis, India’s 1st international and the world’s 2nd largest movie theatre circuit by attendance is all set to treat its patrons with an exquisite culinary experience, as they collaborate with the globally acclaimed Chef, Saransh Goila. With an all-new menu that is a well-curated blend of mouth-watering, innovative, authentic dishes, foodies across India are in for a treat!
Cinépolis’ endeavor to constantly advance its premium immersive experience is further fostered by the ultimate epicurean extravaganza, the new menu promises. The expansive menu uses fresh and handpicked ingredients, to create a menu which is inspired by different regions of India as well as around the world. With over 100 dishes to choose from, this truly elevates the in-theater experience. The collaboration has resulted in the introduction of over 40 new dishes which include signature dishes like the delicious & innovative Nachos Bhel, Seekh Bun and a range of sumptuous Pav’s. For dessert, there is a range of new options to choose from, including Nutella Pav and Waffles. For those who prefer more health-conscious options, there is the newly introduced Greek Salad among others.
The revamp of the menu has been an elaborate exercise spanning over 6 months, which included a thorough analysis of the previous menu, multiple iterations with new recipes and intensive Pan-India training of the Cinépolis F&B personnel in the precise preparation and plating of the dishes, all done directly by Chef Saransh.
As a part of the menu revamp, the new F&B selection will be made available across Coffee Tree, Concessions and Cinépolis VIP.
