Classic Cars Take Center Stage for the Modern Classic Car Rally 2023 at Grand Hyatt Mumbai

Mumbai, 21st March 2023: The Modern Classic Car Rally 2023, an initiative by AutoCar India, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai over a lazy summer Sunday brunch on 19th March, was an exciting event that drew automobile enthusiasts from all across the city. With its luxurious amenities and world-class facilities, the hotel provided the perfect setting for this prestigious event - a feast for the senses, combining the sights, sounds, and smells of classic cars. Participants had the opportunity to display their prized vehicles, network with fellow enthusiasts, and compete in a variety of exciting events.

The event laid open its red carpet to the meticulously restored timeless beauties, the most vintage automobile brands alongside some of the most recent advancements in car designs. Each car on display had an enchanting ‘make and brake’ story to tell, reminiscing their glorious times, revving up the engines for the rally and all ready to hitch a ride to the city’s most prominent location Worli and then back to Grand Hyatt.  The entire route was lined up with enthusiasts waiting to get a glimpse of the Defender, Rolls- Royce, Aston Martin, Pontiac, Volkswagen, and many more unforgotten cars. 

Some of the known names in the automobile industry including businessman Gautam Singhania, media baron Viveck Goenka, and Yohan Poonawalla added their style and glam quotient to the rally with their beauties in tow.
