Description: Black dog & raspberry ginger soda

Ingredients:
60ml Black Dog whisky

25ml Raspberry syrup 

10ml Ginger juice

15ml Lime Juice

soda water for top up

Garnish: Fresh raspberry and mint leaves

Method:

•  In a tall glass, build up all the ingredients over a few ice cubes
• Garnish and serve

2. Love Potion Punch

Description: Smirnoff No 21, Pomogreanate Juice,

Triple Sec,lychee & citrus 

Ingredients:

45ml Smirnoff

15ml Triple Sec

15ml Lychee Puree

30ml Pomegranate Juice

30ml Lime Juice

Garnish: Lime Zest

Method: Shake well / or blend it with ice cubes

Description: Johnnie Walker Black Label, Peach, strawberry,

citrus and Bubbles

Ingredients:

60ml JW Black label

10ml Peach Syrup

15ml Strawberry Syrup

15ml Lime Juice

10ml Soda Water

Garnish: Fresh Strawberry Slice

Method:

• In a tall glass, build up all the ingredients over a few ice cubes
• Garnish and serve

Description: Black & white, Grapefruit, Raspberrry, citrus & sodawater

Ingredients:

60ml Black and white

15ml Grapfruit Syrup

10ml Raspberry syrup

15ml Lime Juice 

Top Up Soda Water

Garnish: Fresh Raspberry

Method:

• In a tall glass, build up all the ingredients over a few ice cubes
• Garnish and serve it in your choice of glassware

5. Bailey’s Tiramisu Martini

Description: Bailey’s original Irish cream, tiramisu and coffee

Ingredients:

60ml Bailey’s

20ml Tiramisu syrup

30ml Espresso

Garnish: Coffee Beans

Description: Tanqueray Rangpur Lime, Mogra and citrus

60ml Tanqueray Rangpur Lime

30ml Mogra syrup

20ml lime juice

Garnish: Cherry

Description: Godawan 02 fruit and Spice, Aromatic Bitters & sugar (Overnight infused in terracotta jar)

Ingredients:

60ml Godawan 02

3 dashes of bitters

1 sugar cube

Garnish: Dry rose petal

Description: Singleton 12/15, Aromatic Bitters, Chocolate Bitters & sugar

(Overnight infused in terracotta jar)

Ingredients:

60ml Singleton12/15

2 dashes of aromatic bitters

2 dashes of chocolate bitters

1 sugar cube

Garnish: Dark chocolate cube

Method: In a tall glass, build up all the ingredients over ice cube
