Mulled Wine (Cocktail)

Ingredients Quantity
Red Wine 150 Ml
Clove 6 Gm
Cinnamon 5 Gm
Cardamom 8 Gm
Star Anise 5 Gm

Method:

1. Warm the wine slightly.

2. Add all the spices and stir well.

3. Pour it into a glass and garnish it with a cinnamon stick.

Eggnog (Cocktail)

Sugar 6 Gm
Milk 60 Ml
Cream 30 Gm
Rum, Bourbon & Brandy 60 Ml

Method:

1. In a shaker, add ice and the whole egg along with sugar, milk, cream, rum, Bourbon & Brandy.

2. Shake everything well together until it forms a creamy texture.

3. Pour the entire mixture in a glass.

Holly Jolly (Mocktail)

Vanilla syrup 20 Ml
Lime juice 10 Ml
Ginger ale 90 Ml

Method:

1. In a tall glass, add ice pour pineapple juice, and mix vanilla syrup.

2. Add the lime juice and stir well

3. Top it up with Ginger ale and garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple.

Jingle Bells (Mocktail)

Method:

1. In a glass, add ice and pour cranberry juice.

3. Stir well and garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves.
