Conrad Pune celebrated Global week of Service on 25th july 2018

~The hotel has associated with the Cancer Patients Aid Association to celebrate this week~

Pune, July 2018: On 25th July 2018, Conrad Pune celebrated its Annual Global Week of Service as a part of the Hilton World Wide Group. On this occasion, Conrad Pune associated with the Cancer Patients Aid Association in Pune to invite 15 child patients along with their parents for an afternoon of fun and frolic with the team members.

Globally, Hilton Worldwide has been celebrating the Annual Global Week of Service with team members and hotels across 93 countries. Each year, the teams volunteer and participate in various activities in a bid to make a small difference to give back to the society.

This year, Conrad Pune has associated with Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA)- a registered charitable non-governmental organization (NGO) working towards the ‘Total Management of Cancer.’ Established in 1969, the Pune branch is instrumental in providing financial assistance to underprivileged cancer patients with the help of corporate and institutional donation.

On Global Week of Service Day, Conrad Pune hosted a special day out for 15 children from CPAA along with their parents wherein the children were given a tour of the hotel on arrival with treats. Post-arrival, the children, and parents participated in a fun pastry workshop with 14 Chefs representing various Hilton Hotels who interacted with the kids and helped them with cake decorations. After the event, the children along with their parents were served a scrumptious meal of Healthy Indian Cuisine specially curated by the F&B team. At the end of the day, every child was given the cake decorated by them along with a special souvenir from Conrad Pune.

Conrad Pune is a representative of one of the 93 countries participating in the Global week of service hosted by Hilton Worldwide as an effort to educate and empower without removing the fun element.
