Starting 3 rd August 2018, the culinary experts have created an exquisitely crafted seven-course meal featuring India inspired global cuisine for this food festival. Guests can enjoy this specially curated meal at Zeera- the Indian specialty fine dining restaurant in the hotel, every evening till 17 th August for an attractive pricing of Rs. 2000 AI for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Guests can enjoy a delectable spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties such as Pindi Chole which has been created with classic Hummus and infused with Makaibari organic tea, Pun-ya-passe – an amti consommé infused with young tamarind leaves, coconut jelly, curry leaf oil, Britanny Lobster- Sousvide roulade, jakiya and kuttu atta cookie, bajre ki kichdi, Kundan qorma soil, and glaze. And that’s not all; the team has also created a special non-alcoholic beverage, The La Sherbat- a concoction of Carambola, Amla and Tadgola extracts.
