Cornitos Veggie Nacho Salad
Ingredients –
· A bag of 150g Cornitos Sizzlin Jalapeno flavour Nachos Crisps
· 50g diced fresh Cucumber
· 50g diced Tomatoes
· 50g Chopped Lettuce
· 50g Green and Black sliced Olives
· 50g shredded Cheese
· Two tablespoon Lime Juice
· Salt to Taste
Method –
· Mix all diced veggies in a bowl, adding lime juice and salt to taste
· Arrange Cornitos Sizzlin Jalapeno Nachos Crisps on a platter
· Top Nachos with diced veggies.
· Garnish with shredded Cheese and serve.
