Regardless of your interest is personal or for commercial purposes, this Level 1 class will help passionate participants learn all about exotic modern flavours, techniques on how to create and assemble components. Spread over the course of two days, this hands-on class will use basic fundamentals of French pastry making for participants to create delicious recipes such as high tea cakes, mousse-based desserts and also learn about vegetarian substitutions for the same. Complex techniques such as mirror and texture colour glazing, cocoa butter spraying will also be covered, along with a module on creating chocolate garnishes to dress your gorgeously sinful treats!
