New Delhi, April 10^th: A vibrant display of colour marks the harvest festival of Baisakhi in northern India. The Lalit Hotels celebrates every festival with utmost zeal and enthusiasm, and this Baisakhi, they have a delectable surprise for all guests. The Lalit’s pride, Baluchi, a Pan Indian destination across several locations in the country, has prepped an exclusive menu for patrons in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mangar, Jaipur, and Udaipur.    

Under the guidance of expert chefs, a special menu has been curated to ring in festivities of the harvest season. Chefs from across our famed restaurants have added a local touch to all authentic recipes.This food fiesta is on and will culminate on April 16, 2023. The unique a la carte menu will be available for lunch and dinner. The feast will be served at Baluchi in New Delhi and Jaipur, Aangan in Udaipur, 24/7 in Chandigarh, and Dining Room in Mangar.
