The iconic restaurant under Azure Hospitality is curating an all new limited time menu

New Delhi, June 2023: ‘Gali Nukkad’, the summer special edition at Dhaba Estd. 1986 Delhi by Azure Hospitality brings to its patrons a refreshing delight to beat the heat. The limited time menu is being offered at all Dhaba outlets in over 9 cities across India from the 15th June to 14th August.

The Dhaba Estd 1986 Delhi Truck is all set to replenish your summer quench with its Chukandar Ki Kanji, a traditional chilled North Indian tangy fermented drink with mustard seeds and beetroot, the Masala Sattu, a traditional coolant made from roasted gram flour and the Gulabi Chai, a combination of rose jam, lemon juice and freshly brewed tea. There are also some twisted cocktails, like the Aamrud, a concoction of Vodka, Aampanna and guava with hints of kaffir lime and the Dhaba ki Cosmo, stirred or shaken Vodka, infused with ginger and lemongrass. The refreshing chaat corner includes Bhain ki Bhel, crunchy slices of lotus stem served in a chaat style, Khatta Meetha Chenna, a combination of chenna, served with yogurt and garnished with chutneys and spices and the Doodhi Aloo Cutlets, pan grilled cutlets served with mint and garlic chutney.

The Veg Kebabs include the Ambi Paneer Tikka, raw mango flavored paneer, finished in tandoor, served with sweet and sour raw mango chutney and the Kathal ki Shammi, a shallow fried baby jackfruit shammi with roasted bengal gram and home made spices, served with raw mango chutney. The Non-Veg Kebabs include Kairi ka murgh tikka, an unusual combination of marinated chicken hung curd, cream, cheese and raw mangoes, finished in tandoor, The Khasta Kukkad, crunchy deep fried chicken legs served with mint chutney and the Amritsari Jheenga, which is the punjabi style Amritsari prawns flavoured with "ajwain", served with sweet and sour raw mango chutney. The desserts on the menu include The Mango Tila Kulfi, the Aam ki Gadbad, a layered dessert of vanilla ice cream, stewed mangoes and rose syrup and the Badshahi Falooda, comprising of a layers of kulfi topped with roohafza, dried nuts and home-made falooda.
