Come celebrate as we create a symphony of timeless European flavors. Chef Gresham Fernandes, Culinary Director at Impresario Entertainment and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. along with his team have curated a special whiskey paired 5-course menu.
The menu is inspired by notes of fresh apples, oranges, and floral aromas and has been inculcated in this special menu. The first course will have an assortment of cheese dressed vegetables or fish with chorizo. The second course will consist of a choice of Mutton broth or Shitake & Yeast broth. Going seasonal, the salad has options with mango and raw mango( Mango & grapefruit salad or Barbecue pork ribs with raw mango and grapefruit). For the main course indulge in the Roasted and smoked pumpkin ravioli or the roast pork served with fermented rice pancakes and sides. Keeping the best for the last is the Apple Pie and the Salt Water Cafe famous Bacon Pie.
