Located in The Manor Hotel in South Delhi, Inja is a fusion restaurant that is bound to leave you speechless with its delectable offerings! Touted as Delhi’s most celebrated dining destination, this place beautifully blends the bold spices and flavours akin to Indian cuisine with Japanese grub's raw essence and techniques.

Named for a portmanteau of Indian and Japanese, the restaurant brings the best of Japanese X Indian to your plate. The brainchild of Chef Adwait Anantwar, Inja, was born out of a deep-rooted admiration for Japanese cuisine; The chef delved into the vast range of ingredients from all over India to curate distinctive dishes, incorporating Japanese ingredient-based techniques
to add a new dimension to the Indian flavours.

The specially curated menu doles out a wide range of Indo-Japanese delicacies with an emphasis on freshness and quality ingredients, catering to the likes of both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. When it comes to crafting spiced cauliflower maki rolls, there might not be an accurate method, but if there is, Chef Adwait has mastered it. From Shiso Leaf and Pomelo Tuna Chaat to Crab Raj Kachauri, the team has taken iconic dishes from the heart of Indian cuisine and infused them with Japanese flavours.

With fresh ingredients paired with the chef’s knife and culinary skill, the pop-up is a treat for the city. The tables can be reserved now to relish the flavours of Indo-Japanese cuisine at Zen,
The Leela Palace, Bangalore.

A night of gastronomic enchantment is promised. To secure your place at this exclusive event, reservations can be made by calling +91-8951974424/ +91- 9606583346

INJA, the inaugural venture in India by Dubai-based restaurant group Atelier House Hospitality, is pioneering as the world's first restaurant seamlessly fusing Indian and Japanese cuisines. Chef Partner Adwait Anantwar's proposal to merge these distinct culinary styles intrigued President Panchali Mahendra, leading to a challenging yet harmonious blend. The restaurant's design mirrors this cultural fusion, with Japanese elements like clean wooden surfaces and bonsai harmonizing with vibrant Indian touches, such as Mughal trinkets and peacock-colored fabrics. This meticulous integration extends to features like the Itajime Shibori framework in 100% Indian Silk, copper-toned ceilings, and floating artifact shelves, resulting in a subtly elegant space that invites guests to explore the captivating intersection of Indian and Japanese cultures.
