20th December 2018: A delightful Christmas Carnival ushers in the season of joy and merrymaking as local artisans from across India display handicrafts, souvenirs, textiles and jewelry and Christmas delicacies like mulled wine, chocolate fountain, gingerbread biscuits and other sweet treats, make sure you have a magical affair. The lobby at The Imperial outshines with a larger than life hand-crafted installation of a Christmas Tree symbolic of a deep forest paving way for reindeers, going out to join Santa Claus to guide the sleigh. Discover a huge gingerbread house in the lobby and some of the most indulgent Christmas goodies at our patisserie La Baguette, put together by our Pastry team to celebrate the yuletide spirit. 

24th -25th December: Chefs at The Imperial promise to make the season memorable for you at The Imperial! Experience delightful gourmet across our award-winning restaurants while you partake in the spirit of Christmas. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Prem Kumar Pakula, the Christmas treat brings out the epicurean in you while offering a satiating experience. A plethora of packages with extensive menus has been put together by our master chefs for you to experience the festive occasion in style. Be a part of this celebration extraordinaire on the Christmas eve i.e. 24th December 2018  while we entice your taste buds with an exquisite Christmas Eve dinner buffet at 1911 Restaurant( all day dining restaurant) from 6:30 pm to 11:45 pm. The exotic spread features Roast turkey, Brussel sprouts, pork loin in a blanket, bread stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce on the Western Roast station and a selection of international cuisine like Shepherd’s pie, Cajun chicken, celeriac, blue cheese crumble with hot and exquisite Asian spread namely Kung krapao- Prawns tossed with Thai sweet basil, Silken tofu, bell peppers, Chinese cabbage, hot garlic sauce along with Seafood, Indian, Tandoori favorites and Italian specials, salads, desserts and cold cuts. The extensive feast will leave you asking for more. 

25th December 2018: Wallow in amidst the sun-kissed 1911 lawns, as we delight you with a lavish Christmas Brunch on 25th December 2018 at INR 4800+ taxes per person. We make sure that you drench yourself in the melody of Christmas carols, wafting through the air while you gorge on traditional feast with a selection including Roasted Lamb, traditional roasted turkey along with global cuisines like beer chicken, lemon couscous, grilled artichokes, Ricotta and spinach fillo packs, spiced tomato chutney, Smoked salmon and many more tempting offerings. An indulgent array of desserts like Spiced apple mousse, Traditional plum cake and Plum pudding with brandy anglaise put together with classic wines, make sure you celebrate the occasion delectably. The festive brunch is where your little ones can also enjoy their favorite Mini Danish or Hakka noodles in the kids' buffet.

31st December 2018: The year passes by into the realms of fond memories giving way to surprises and new promises for a bright year ahead. Travel through the epicurean legends of Italy, India and South-East Asia at each of our restaurants for a gala New Year’s Eve dinner on 31st December 2018. Heighten the excitement and experience pleasurable dining, truly The Imperial way. 1911 restaurant offers a sumptuous New Year Eve dinner buffet with a selection of fine delicacies like Seared yellowfin tuna nicoise with quail eggs, Tenderloin picattas amongst other succulent delights at INR 5500 + taxes per person. Dinner Buffet Timings: 6:30pm- 11:45pm 

San Gimignano presents delectable Tuscan Italian fare to choose from on New Year ’s Eve, featuring Zuppa Di pesce-traditional soup with prawns, lean fish, squid, scallops, clams and mussels, Brasato Spigola cilena arrosita su una passata di zucca gialla e piccolo verdure al timo –pan braised Chilean sea bass with pumpkin puree and thyme flavoured vegetables amongst others at INR 7000 + taxes per person. Dinner Timings: 7pm- 11:45pm.

The Spice Route will embrace epicureans with South East Asian delights for New Year by Chef Veena Arora with specialties like Kung yang- charcoal grilled prawns served with creamy sauce flavoured with sri-rasha Krathong thong-brunoise of assorted vegetables served in golden cups Phanaeng Kung yai-grilled jumbo prawns served with Phanaeng sauce and crushed peanuts at INR 7500 + taxes per person. Dinner Timings: 7pm- 11:45pm

Daniell’s Tavern – Our Pan Indian restaurant, offers an exclusive year-end celebration with the taste of ancient India with Gucchi Mussallam— stuffed morel mushrooms with dry nuts and condensed milk paste. Nalli Nazakat -   overnight braised lamb shanks in spiced velvety gravy Panchmel Halwa – Assortment of Indian halwa’s garnished with 24K gold leaf at INR 6500 + taxes per person. Dinner Timings: 6:30pm- 11:45pm

1st January 2019: We extend the new year celebrations for you and elevate your festive spirits with the most spectacular New Year Brunch Buffet on 1st January 2019 at 1911 restaurant at INR 4500 + taxes per person, where you can enjoy your favorite world cuisine and welcome the New Year in style. The festive brunch would be open from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm. An indelible experience awaits you this festive season, at The Imperial!
