Dolomite Restaurants Pvt Ltd launches Its First Ever Only Vegetarian Jamie Oliver Kitchen in Ahmedabad

20.10.2023, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Jamie Oliver’s international restaurant business is launching a brand new all day dining concept - Jamie Oliver Kitchen, to diners in India.

The launch will mark the first Jamie Oliver Kitchen in India and the group’s very first 100% vegetarian venture. Located at Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad, Jamie Oliver Kitchen is the perfect place for a super-tasty shopping pit-stop, next-level coffee, delicious drinks or a meal to remember with friends and family.

“Ever since I grew up and saw the vibrant and highly successful Gujarati community in the UK, I’ve wanted to open a restaurant in Ahmedabad. This is a decades old dream and we are so honoured to be able to serve our customers in this great state capital and to make new friends for life. We hope to be as successful as the Gujaratis who went to the UK and promise we will work hard, learn from Gujarat and earn our right to be part of the community. Opening on 20.10.2023, it will offer diners delicious, accessible food from a diverse and exciting menu, celebrating Jamie’s journey through food over the past 20+ years. Boasting a brand new fully vegetarian menu, developed specially for the Ahmedabad restaurant, that will showcase what happens when Jamie’s global inspiration meets local ingredients.

Alongside the enticing menu Jamie Oliver Kitchen will offer family feasting at its best. With flexibility at its heart, the restaurant allows diners to enjoy the tempting dishes, made with fresh ingredients throughout the day - from a morning coffee all the way to a cozy dinner and mocktails. Menus will tap into the very best of Jamie Oliver, and be carefully adapted to local food trends, giving the restaurant a distinctive Ahmedabadi flavour.

The restaurant itself will have a relaxed and contemporary feel with bright pops of color, and key features will include a welcoming open kitchen, a cafe area, flexible seating with both larger tables for sharing and soft areas to lounge in.
