Jaipur, December 16, 2023 – DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer is hosting a food festival titled '50 Shades of Dim Sums and Dumplings’ at its multi-cuisine restaurant Amber Kitchen. The festival started on December 16th and will continue till December 23rd, promising an unparalleled experience with a tantalizing selection of 50 exquisite dim sums and dumplings.

The festival's opening day saw a lot of Jaipur-based food influencers drooling over the varieties. From traditional steamed dumplings to avant-garde creations, each dish is a work of art designed to elevate the dining experience. Crunchy Water Chestnut and Tofu Dumpling, Scallion and Pork Belly Dumpling, Peruvian Green Asparagus and Bok Choy Crystal, Asparagus and Lamb Momos, Gochugoru Spiced Napa Dim Sum, Chives and Sprouts Dim Sum, Butter Garlic Prawn Dumpling are among the varieties of dim sums and dumplings that are part of the festival.
