Time stopped and rolled back as Hilton celebrated its centennial year recently with fab parties and dinners on their properties. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore on Sarjapur Road revered this success with an eclectic group of socialites, guests, diners, influencers, bloggers and of course, with its team members.
Decked up in the hues of blue and white, Asia Alive – an all-day dining restaurant at the hotel hosted the most sought-after Sunday Brunch for the digital mavericks of Bangalore. The party began with a warm ceremonial lighting of Diyas, after which everyone headed to enjoy the lavish buffet. The chefs curated aclassic menu for the occasion with age-old favourites from Hilton Hotels across the globe. The spread featured European and Pan-Asian delights that ended with a grand cake cutting ceremony.
The festivities continued with a soiree for the esteemed guests where a special dinner was curated for them in an intimate setting, showcasing some of the brand’s iconic food and beverage favourites from over the years. General Manager Subhabrata Roy raised a toast on the occasion, paying tribute to the good old days. Hilton’s signature innovation – Piña Colada along with a variety of innovative cocktails were served to the guests. The menu included salads, soups and a wide assortment of cuisines, from the appetizer to the desserts. A live singer was a part of the celebration too who enthralled the gathering with captivating music throughout the evening.
And last but not least, the celebration of a lifetime concluded amidst much cheer and joy with the stalwarts of the hotel- its team members. Participating in quiz contests, lining up in the shape of 100, joining in an impressive cake-cutting ceremony and creating exceptional experiences for the guests, communities and one another were some of the ways the hotel staff paid tribute to Hilton’s legacy.
