The Better Decision is a unique and delicious cocktail that is perfect for Earth Day celebrations. Made with berry mélange, this cocktail has a beautiful pinkish color that is sure to impress your guests. The gin used in this cocktail is a Thyme infused Bombay Sapphire.

Recipe:

Thyme infused Bombay Sapphire- 60ml

Berry melange-20 ml

Cucumber & Thyme cordial- 10ml

Aperol 30ml

 Yuzu saccharum- 10 ml

Mediterranean tonic water- top up.

Garnish it with Edible flowers   and fresh berries.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Build up cocktail, mix all the ingredient in wine goblet glass, add ice, and stir.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the thyme influenced gin, berry melange, cucumber and thyme cordial, Aperol, yuzu saccharum and Mediterranean tonic water. Shake vigorously. Strain into prepared wine goblet glass filled with one slice of ice. Garnish with edible flowers and fresh berries  to serve.
