Easter Brunch at Perch

Mumbai, April 17^th 2022: An underrated occasion on the culinary calendar, Easter at Perch promises so much for gourmands to get excited about. For chocoholics and those with a sweet-tooth it almost surpasses Christmas with the plethora of treats that ensue. At Perch, we believe firmly that from the arrival of Mini Eggs on shop shelves it becomes acceptable to indulge in a daily hot cross bun (lathered in butter of course) and a helping of chocolate – just so long as it’s egg or bunny shaped – at every meal. For April 17^th brunch between 12noon to 4.00pm, Perch will be offering a delectable Easter menu.

Expect Easter specials for one day only, like Kale, mushroom, potato & Montasio strudel served withmiso polenta and spring vegetables, Spring chicken pot pie served with agreen bean casserole, Pineapple glazed ham Pottliker gravy andyoung carrots with sumac, feta and anchovies, Salmon with Greens and Gribiche Dressing with a side of saffron quinoa, smashed potatoes and chorizo and no Easter lunch is complete without a Half a roast chicken served withricotta dumplings and asparagus and green garlic. A delicious and warm Hot cross bread & butter Pudding with vanilla crème and marzipanand a Chocolate egg baked tart finishes the meal quite nicely. The regular menu will also be on offer for those who are looking for their favourites. And to wash all this down, we have your favourites like Coffee Sangria and some of our other signature cocktails like Forbidden Berry with gin, fermented berry liqueur, sparkling wine and fenugreek, Kentucky Smack with bourbon, miso, caramel and belper knolle and of course the Reverse Martini 2.0 with Himalayan dry gin, late harvest cordial and grapefruit bitters.
