The culinary pop-up event, titled "Eat, Cook, Play with Chef Gaggan Anand," is scheduled for December 9th and 10th, 2023, at the esteemed Vintage Asia restaurant.

On December 9th, 2023, partake in a once-in-a-lifetime experience with a masterclass by the maestro himself - Chef Gaggan's – a unique concept being introduced for the first time in India. Participants will have the opportunity to cook and play alongside the Kolkata-born culinary genius.

On December 10th, 2023, indulge in a gastronomic journey as you savor Chef Gaggan's signature preparations, a showcase of his innovative approach to Progressive Indian Cuisine.

A while back, was set out to leave Thailand and re-locate to Japan, but destiny had its own fate. Today he is back to his roots in a special 2 day culinary celebration to re-live the dream once again, to re-imagine food and to re-start the adventure of cooking.

Chef Gaggan Anand has revolutionized Indian cuisine and fine dining in Bangkok, introducing "Progressive Indian Cuisine." Starting with the acclaimed 'Gaggan' in 2010, he continued to push boundaries, leading to the establishment of 'Gaggan Anand Restaurant' in 2019. Despite challenges, the restaurant earned accolades, securing the 5th spot on Asia’s 50 Best List and the 17th position on the World’s 50 Best List in 2023.
