Start your meal with a piled up high Festive Salad that comes with Swiss chard, radicchio, jicama roots, star fruit, strawberry, macadamia nuts and cranberry vinaigrette!

Choose from appetizers like Christmas Pot Stickers with Jerusalem artichoke, smoked Bandel, wild mushroom broth or the Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Kabocha pumpkin and pork gravy.

From the hearty and wholesome mains, pick the celebratory Pan Seared Barramundi with roasted water chestnut, fresh turmeric and tarragon beurre blanc and succotash or the Roasted Quail with stuffed chicken mousse, pine nuts, parmesan, Brussels sprouts, garlic mash and caramelized figs.
