Echoes of Earth: Mumbai's Minicert  Celebration of Biodiversity

Experience the magic of music and nature coming together at Echoes of Earth Minicert in Mumbai. This award-winning festival is dedicated to celebrating the rich local biodiversity and unique ecosystems found in the state of Maharashtra. Partnering with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) India, the festival will host an insightful panel discussion on the diverse biodiversity of the Sahyadris. Renowned experts in the field will shed light on Sahyadris or Western Ghats- an important biodiversity hotspot- that houses an array of habitats from forests to lush grasslands- a landscape endowed with water due to the bountiful monsoon, gushing streams, and placid rivers. This natural richness allows it to support a wide range of ecosystems with a myriad living web of species some of which are found nowhere else in the world. Adding a visual element to the event, wildlife photographer Sarang Naik will showcase Mumbai's Coastal Biodiversity through his lens.

The evening will end with mesmerizing musical performances by Hanumankind and Rawal. Echoes of Earth aims to deepen our understanding of the interconnectedness between the environment and the urgent need for conservation and sustainability. Join us at Anti Social in Mumbai on November 18th 2023 for an unforgettable night of music and conversations around conservation. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a global community devoted to positive change.
