edabba appoints Soumyajit Bardhan as the Zonal Head Operations

Soumyajit Bardhan has been appointed as the Zonal Head Operations of edabba, one of the top local cloud kitchen companies of East India. With several brands under its umbrella such as ebowl and Kolkata Local, this rapidly growing company has now expanded operations to Bangalore and aspires to become a household name for ordering tasty meals at a reasonable price across the country in subsequent years.

In a career spanning over 18 years, Soumyajit has honed his skills in the retail, quick service restaurant, hotel and cloud kitchen industries by serving 15 years at Cafe Coffee Day as regional manager of operations overseeing the East India Market, over a year at Wow Momo as General Manager of Operations and most recently at Ola as city head of cloud kitchen operations and Q commerce operations.

In his current role as Zonal Head Operations at edabba Soumyajit will be in charge of stakeholder management, strategising expansion, overseeing day to day cloud kitchen operations among other things. In the pursuit of achievement of organizational targets and formulating effective strategies for its growth, Soumyajit’s industry knowledge from his previous job stints has been instrumental. A diligent worker, Soumyajit is focused on helping the company achieve its full growth potential.

Outside the realm of work Soumyajit enjoys philately and playing cricket.
