Step into the heart of Bandra and rediscover Kadio Podio with Ekaa's reinvention. The homemade gram flour Kadio Podio, served with a drizzle of orange blossom, jaggery syrup and a generous sprinkle of black sesame powder, creates a delightful fusion that pays homage to the roots of this beloved treat.
Embark on an Eastern journey with Ekaa's take on a Korean Christmas, featuring Japchae, the iconic sweet potato noodles. This rendition introduces homemade thick potato singular noodles, a canvas for a harmonious blend of sea purslane, persimmon paste, mountain pepper, bean sprouts, and pickled tea leaves, capturing the essence of Korea in every bite.
Delight in the refined tradition of Greece with ‘Christopsomo’. This Christmas sweet bread, traditionally infused with walnut and star anise powder, takes on a new form as a super soft finger bread. Paired with walnut praline and a refreshing lemon curd broth, this interpretation redefines the classic delicacy, offering a taste of Greece with a modern twist.
Featuring a fusion of Goa X Portugal, Ekaa presents, ‘Sorpotel.’ This interpretation will take you on a culinary journey from Goa to Portugal. Non-vegetarians can indulge in cured braised pork belly with signature sorpotel spice mix, coconut vinegar cashew nuts, and
crème fraîche. Vegetarians can relish char grilled cabbage with spiced local mushroom cream and mixed pulses, offering a taste of two worlds in every bite.
Experience the enchantment of a Christmas Campfire at Ekaa as you immerse in the snowy terroir of the German Black Forest with spiced homemade wine sorbet and oak-smoked gelato. Served with a sheet of snow hand-pounded Ekaa mochi, this winter wonderland on the plate transports you to a magical Christmas campfire surrounded by fireflies.
Indulge in the festive spirit of Norway with Ekaa’s reimagined Pinnekjøt, where mutton ribs are meticulously cured, aged, and smoked over fragrant pine wood. This interpretation features spiced and aged mutton rib, carefully paired with a luxurious Mont Blanc of potato and beans. This reinterpretation pays homage to the Danish tradition while incorporating Ekaa’s world of ingredients, offering a delightful fusion of the familiar and the unexpected.
