Ingredients:

  • 50ml Don Julio Blanco
  • 20ml Monin Grapefruit syrup
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 100ml soda to top

Garnish: Chili salt rim, grapefruit slice

Glass: Collins Glass

Directions:

  • Prepare a collins glass with a chilli salt rim
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (except soda)
  • Fill completely with ice and shake
  • Strain into an ice filled glass top with soda

Method

15 ml Lemon Juice

30 ml Pineapple juice

15 ml Turmeric & Cumin Syrup

1 egg white

60 ml Olipop Ginger lemon Soda Olipop Ginger Lemon

Shake all liquid ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) before adding ice, then shake for dilution with ice. Fine strain into Collins glass that has been rinsed with Absinthe & light ice (3-4 good cubes), then fill with soda.

Garnish with 3 drops Peychaud’s bitters

In this "winter joy" champagne cocktail, an exclusive recipe from the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar at Harrods Knightsbridge in London, seasonal spices are enhanced by cherry brandy and orange liqueur.

Ingredients

·         90ml Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut

·         7.5ml cherry brandy

·         12.5ml orange liqueur

·         22.5ml mulled spice liqueur

·         10ml lemon juice

·         Garnish: redcurrant stems and sprigs of lemon thyme

Method

Mix all ingredients (except champagne) over ice to chill. Strain into a champagne glass and top up with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut. Garnish with a small stem of redcurrants and a sprig of lemon thyme.

  • Shake the lemon juice, syrup and gin together in a shaker and strain into a highball glass.
  • Top with the champagne and garnish with lemon zest or a slice of lemon, and serve with a smile.

Method

  • Shake all ingredients, except sherry, into an iced filled shaker. Strain into glass over ice. Using a bar spoon, slowly layer the sherry over the top of the cocktail

  • 15 ml Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes of Bitter
  • Top with Hot Water
  • Orange Twist
  • Cinnamon Stick

Method

Use a heat resistant glass

Add 50ml for The Famous Grouse

Add 15 ml Lemon Juice

Add 15 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)

2 dashes for Angostura bitters

Top with hot water

Garnish with an Orange Twist & Cinnamon Stick

Hennessy Old Fashioned

Created in Louisville, Kentucky in 1881, the Old-Fashioned found its spiritual home at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel bar in New York City. Cognac, warm and aromatically spiced, a dash of bitters and sweet syrup all blend perfectly to make up this legendary cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
  • 5 ml Simple Syrup (1:1, sugar and water combined over heat)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Garnish : Orange twist

Method

  • Drop bitters into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Add a splash of water and the syrup.
  • Pour in the Hennessy V.S.O.P slowly.
  • Garnish with a twist of orange

  • 45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a tumbler and serve immediately.
