Fireside Piccante 

Menu description

Patron Reposado Tequila, Pineapple & Fresh Jalapenos, Lime

Ingredients

Patron Reposado  50ml
Fresh Pineapple Juice  60ml
Jalapenos  4 slices 
Agave Syrup 15ml
Lime  15ml

Method

Shaken 

Glassware

Old Fashioned Glass

Garnish

Half Salt Rim + Pineapple Garnish

Notes  

In a shaker muddle the jalapenos and add all the ingredients + ice . Shake till chilled and double strain into a chilld old fashioned glass with ice.

White Christmas Fizz

Ingredients

Grey Goose 50ml
White Chocolate Syrup  10ml
Peach Syrup 5ml
Lime 15ml
Soda to top

Highball Glass

Garnish

White Chocolate Shard

Notes  

In a Highball glass , add ice and all ingredients except the soda. Stir to combine. Add soda to top up and garnish with the white chocolate shard.

Winter Berry Sparkle

Ingredients

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru  30ml
Fresh Strawberry 2 pieces
Spice Syrup 10ml
Lime Juice 10ml
Martini Prosecco to top

Coupe Glass

Garnish

Half Fresh Strawberry 

Notes  

In a shaker add 2 starwberries & muddle and all ingredients except prosecco. Shake everything and double strain into a Chilled Champagne Flute. Top with Chilled Prosecco. For the Spice Syrup make a 1:1 sugar:water syrup and simmer together with star anise, vanilla pod, clove and cinnamon sticks
