Notes
In a shaker muddle the jalapenos and add all the ingredients + ice . Shake till chilled and double strain into a chilld old fashioned glass with ice.
White Christmas Fizz
Grey Goose, White Chocolate & Peach , Lime, Fizz

White Chocolate Shard
In a Highball glass , add ice and all ingredients except the soda. Stir to combine. Add soda to top up and garnish with the white chocolate shard.
Winter Berry Sparkle
Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru , Fresh Strawberries, Warm Spice Syrup , Martini Prosecco

Half Fresh Strawberry
In a shaker add 2 starwberries & muddle and all ingredients except prosecco. Shake everything and double strain into a Chilled Champagne Flute. Top with Chilled Prosecco. For the Spice Syrup make a 1:1 sugar:water syrup and simmer together with star anise, vanilla pod, clove and cinnamon sticks
