The renowned Sarvatt restaurant from the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad invites you to immerse yourself in the diverse flavours and traditions of Gujarat. Master Chef Chandan Parmar, will present her specialty dishes in a seven and nine-course meal experience.
The Sarvatt Pop Up promises to set you on a journey that will see bursts of flavours throughout the menu with fried and steamed 'Farsaan’ and delightfully matched traditional botanical beverages, soul-stirring entrées, the piping hot and delicious Kadhi-Khichdi and the sweet end with an array of Mishtaan.
